Avon Turkey scoops awards in consumer satisfaction and social media

Avon Turkey has been recognised for its consumer satisfaction rates and social media marketing, with two recent award wins.

The first of these was an ALFA award (Action-taker, Leader, Fast and Ambitious award). These awards are prestigious in Turkey and use a survey and face-to-face interviews with 1,200 randomly selected people to determine their views on brands.

This award recognised Avon Turkey in the cosmetics category, with satisfaction rates across areas such as solution-focused service, quick turnaround and after-sales communication ranking highly.

The second award was a social media award, with Avon Turkey winning in the personal care category. Winners were selected using a unique algorithm developed by specialised social media monitoring platform, BoomSonar. It consists of more than 30 criteria, including fans or followers, engagement rates, content types, frequency and a comparision to other brands in the sector.

Combining all of this criteria, Avon Turkey ranked 1st in the Personal Care category and won the Social Media Award for its social media engagement and performance between 1st March 2017-1st March 2018.
