Avon's commitment to upskilling Sales Training Team with Digital Innovation University

Avon is delighted to announce a brand new digital training programme for their Sales Training Teams, making sure they are at the forefront of online sales. Avon’s Digital Innovation University is the fast track to success for Sales Trainers from across the globe.

The Digital Innovation University has been specially devised with a host of digital experts, and delivered online. Designed to help upskill the Sales Training Teams, it ensures they are fully equipped to support Avon’s beauty entrepreneurs to achieve success in social selling, and help their businesses prosper.

This intensive three-month course has three modules, with theoretical sessions and assignments. It covers digital transformation and change management, social media, and social selling, plus training to support their own teams of Representatives and Sales Leaders.

Participants will go on to create or adapt training materials to test and establish new digital sales methods, and then train and coach Representatives and Sales Leaders in their own markets. They are encouraged to connect and collaborate online, and share best practices that will benefit everyone.

The first participants, who come from 12 countries including the UK, Mexico, Russia, Hungary, Greece, and Colombia, demonstrated a huge improvement in their digital skills in an exit survey following the course. With a new set of Sales Trainers from around the world due to be welcomed to Digital Innovation University every six months, Avon is excited to build on the resounding success of the first cohort of graduates.
